Hebe allanii (syn Hebe amplexicaulis forma hirta) is a low-growing, evergreen shrub, reaching 10 in (25 cm) high, and more across. The leaves are pale grey-green, oval, thick, about 0.7 in (18 mm) long, and 0.4 in (10 mm) wide, and covered with short, white hairs; the margins are pale green or red. In June and July it bears spikes of white flowers.

This hebe is said to grow on Mount Peel, Canterbury, South Island of New Zealand.
