Hebe ‘Goldrush’ is a compact, evergreen, bushy shrub, growing to about 24 in (60 cm) high and wide in 4 years. The spear-shaped variegated leaves are about 0.6 in (1.5 cm) long, have a central grey-green streak, either side there is wide yellow band, and reddish edges. The pink flowers are in clusters, spring or early summer. This new cultivar is hardy to –5°C, and is recommended for growing in the front of a border, or in a patio container. It is protected by EU Plant Variety Rights. Propagation for sale without a license is illegal. |
